> **Avantages**: I used two other clinic software programs before deciding to switch to Juvonno. Neither were a great fit for our clinic. Juvonno has ALL of the features I need, including all integrated billing platforms. It is very user friendly, has a fantastic patient portal with online booking capabilities, excellent MVA treatment management features and is highly customizable to make it work the way you need it to. We have a very large clinic so I also really like the J-comm feature that allows team communication right in the software. Two-way texting built in is also a rare software feature that I truly love having\!

> **Inconvénients**: My only request would be to have different description options for services for online booking. Patients don't often understand exactly what they need to book when we need to have insurance-related descriptions for services. We have a lot of complicated service options and this would help to make that easier. The form customization is a little complicated, but they are there to help and once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier.

> I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect software for us, and used two other programs before Juvonno. Their sales team was amazing and was so patient with all of my very detailed questions. I really wanted to make sure that this was the right one as I didn't want to have to switch again. They have a great support team and they are always willing to listen to suggestions of how the software can better work for you.
