I came back to them at the end of last year and their service this time around has failed me completely. > > **Inconvénients**: They didn't listen to my requests at all. I was looking to bring down my ACOS and instead it over doubled. In the 5 months I was with them my average ACOS was over 70%. The 5th month had ACOS running at 75% I gave them 60 days notice that, if they couldn't bring my ACOS down, I would terminate my contract with them. After termination, they continued to bill me. > > When I came back to quartile, I had been running my own Amazon PPC at an average of 40% ACOS. I was wanting to bring this down and, obviously, Quartile claimed that the could do this and it would only take a month or so for their algorithm to achieve this. Each month they came up with excuses as to why my ACOS was hovering around 70-80% This went on for 5 months. I lost a small fortune during this time\! In January I emailed them to give notice and stated that, if they couldn't get my ACOS below 50% during the next month they should take this as my notice. The ACOS remained high and so I terminated my contract with them. They then billed me for a further month, ignoring the fact that I had already given notice. Their supposed AI algorithm simply doesn't work with the new complexity of Amazon advertising. I would not consider using them again and would highly recommend that you give them a wide berth.
