Quartile est une plateforme d'optimisation publicitaire basée sur l'intelligence artificielle et le machine learning et prenant en charge le PPC (Pay Per Click), conçue par et pour les vendeurs. Auto bids alleviate the need to spend time managing the bids manually.
Inconvénients
Cost is a bit higher than what it should be especially when the CPC is also increasing drastically squeezing the margin. The business model is not consistent between the traditional Amazon PPC (based on ad spent) to Google and DSP (fixed cost regardless to the spending)

Positive experience overall. We've had some months where we've underperformed but they generally try to do the right thing and keep you happy as a customer.
Avantages
Good service and generally good attention to the accounts they serve. Their algorithm can be very powerful. They are very accessible if you have any issues with your account, will always try to please clients.
Inconvénients
Their algorithm isn't always easy to understand. They do a decent to good job with Amazon sponsored products ads and display ads, but not with sponsored brands ads, as they don't have a way to create those in an automated fashion. Also their bids for these don't always make sense. I wish they had a better way to select and autopopulate good keywords into the sponsored brands ads, this would be a key improvement (all types of sponsored brands ads, those going to stores, sponsored brand video, etc.).

When I came back to quartile, I had been running my own Amazon PPC at an average of 40% ACOS. I was wanting to bring this down and, obviously, Quartile claimed that the could do this and it would only take a month or so for their algorithm to achieve this. Each month they came up with excuses as to why my ACOS was hovering around 70-80% This went on for 5 months. I lost a small fortune during this time! In January I emailed them to give notice and stated that, if they couldn't get my ACOS below 50% during the next month they should take this as my notice. The ACOS remained high and so I terminated my contract with them. They then billed me for a further month, ignoring the fact that I had already given notice.
Their supposed AI algorithm simply doesn't work with the new complexity of Amazon advertising. I would not consider using them again and would highly recommend that you give them a wide berth. They promise the world and completely fail to deliver.
Avantages
I first used Quartile before Covid and was happy with the results. I came back to them at the end of last year and their service this time around has failed me completely.
Inconvénients
They didn't listen to my requests at all. I was looking to bring down my ACOS and instead it over doubled. In the 5 months I was with them my average ACOS was over 70%. The 5th month had ACOS running at 75% I gave them 60 days notice that, if they couldn't bring my ACOS down, I would terminate my contract with them. After termination, they continued to bill me.

Inconvénients
There is nothing that we dislike. In the early stages of our partnership, we wanted to scale quickly, but it took a little longer than we expected to see campaigns ramp up. That said, we appreciate that good things don't happen overnight!

Avantages
Thanks to Quartile automation we no longer spend hours of work a day managing our Ads. Quartile has automated our advertising and exceeded our performance goals. Our account manager has been extremely helpful in optimizing our setup and helping us in refining the account.
Inconvénients
The unconventional setup and structure of the system takes a while to get used to.
