Actors also change their output shape without warning; a single renamed field broke a whole run for us. And a run can succeed on Apify while your side never fetches the dataset — you're billed either way, so you end up building your own ledger of started-but-unread runs. Local Playwright/Crawlee development still maps cleanly to apify push, so what I test locally is what buyers run in the cloud. That combination — distribution, rerunnable cloud jobs, and agent-callable tools — is what I could not get from a script on my laptop or from n8n/Make alone. > > **Inconvénients**: Debugging cloud runs that work locally but return empty datasets.
