It doesn't feel as stable as a platform like Squarespace or Format - not enough for me to trust it with my professional service and website long-term. I have had to reach out to the service team on too many occasions for too many basic things like the website content disappearing, not being able to log in to my account for no apparent reason, password rest emails not being sent to the correct email address etc. > > Average and at times unnecessarily frustrating. Yes, it's cheaper than some platforms out there, but the frustration and shakeable trust in the product makes me wish I'd stuck with the platform I was on before I moved to Pixpa.
