Excellent tool for small companies to make a representable website. Also nice if you want to have a portfolio.
Avantages
Compared with other expensive tools Pixpa is easy, quick to set up. Also the customer service is very quick and helpfully. I use this tool already years and it works for me the best.
Inconvénients
The amount of possible templates could be more extend. Also to support a better strategy to use SEO could be helpful.

The clearly well-structured user interface makes building a website easy to understand and clear. Pixpa contains a lot of features and very many integrations with third parties. This makes building a professional-looking website a real pleasure. But what I am most pleased with is their helpdesk. Never have I known a software provider that knows how to deliver such service. You get 27/7 help when you have a problem. Communicaqtion is in your own language via email. You have 3 employees linked to your account (3 because of 24/7) who you can always contact. So you don't have to deal with a different employee every time. The longest I've had to wait for an answer is half an hour, but usually you get an answer within 3-5 minutes. Their answers are very clear. They refer to the corresponding technical explanations in the help database , which is very well documented by the way.
I have experienced them doing the modification in my website and also giving a short video on how to do it. this is really sublime, never known a company that provides such a helpdesk service.
Avantages
The ability to build your own website , without technical knowledge and without depending on third parties. And especially their support in case of problems
Inconvénients
I really can't say anything meaningful about what I like least about Pixpa

Good templates to edit! Actually the first base that is really easy to use, and payment options are very clear. I can edit very fast and easy when needed.
Inconvénients
I havent had any bad experiences yet, and thats good.

Customer service is always responsive and helpful.
Inconvénients
Can be very glitchy sometimes. For example, I tried to duplicate a section several times and it wouldn't show up until the fourth or fifth time.

Avantages
The Client Galleries combined with the website are great. I also like the customisations.
Inconvénients
The storage could be unlimited with the more expensive plans. Also sometimes it is slower than competitors especially on Safari browser.
