> **Avantages**: Honestly the tech support, because I call them allll the time and they are always superr helpful. I recently needed to better understand phasing and it was beating me. I used their training manual their online video and still I could not figure out to seperate out my phases they sent me a video walk through step my step to exactly the info I needed free of charge, they never charge for training or IT Support.

> **Avantages**: It is user friendly, the software is robust, however the ease of use makes it less daunting to take off larger more complex sites with ease. Even with concept plans it makes it easy to generate a report and allows me to estimate earlier in the project which in turn makes bidding easier.  It also allows me to redesign a site to allow for some value engineering where possible.

> **Inconvénients**: I haven't had any negatives yet.  There was a learning curve for me, as I use it from a development standpoint and not as much for hard bids, but it is an invaluable tool in our toolbox for seeing if a site is viable for development.
> 
> It's a great value for the money, and the customer support is unmatched, any questions I have are answered quickly and thoroughly.

> **Inconvénients**: With the "Pros" mentioned above, I still think the Class could be 4.5 Days, some of the items were rushed a little bit and we could have spent more time on them.  Converting files over for GPS Machines in particular, as well as working with CAD.
