Moreover, they were able to automate test processes that our previous vendor was not able to, broadening the impact of their service. We definitely feel like a premium partner, instead of just another customer - they take time to understand their clients and their needs and do what's needed to meet them. The commitment to the customer is paramount, and you definitely feel that in the engagement with all of the team members.
