Best I have ever seen - Robust utilization; can handle simple or complex processes - The workflow platform allows you to map out a process, implement it, use it, and take steps to achieve continuous improvement. - System is continually enhanced and improved to help customers achieve greater leverage from the system - Can be used for the integration of management systems and standards (but not fully fleshed out for this purpose by the developers) > > **Inconvénients**: - The look and feel could be improved to allow for a more fluid environment. Definitely could be modernized/polished - The workflow building process is not very time efficient. An embedded WYSIWYG workflow editor/form builder would eliminate the time it takes to build a workflow through multiple record testing, etc. - The document management could be improved to allow for a file system, cataloguing, easy retrieval, etc. - Programming language and coding could be updated/enhanced to improve the formatting of records, forms, etc. when printing, exporting, or sharing in other formats outside the platform - There are some tools that are difficult to create in the environment or not available in the environment.
