Transferring the hundreds of images we hold on file onto the Dash was quite a daunting thought, however the process has been very straight forward, and pain free. The auto tagging has worked perfectly and the ability to 'group' controlled tags speeds up the process immensely. We're really impressed with the number of features available. Being able to invite photographers and external agencies to upload \& download images directly (with the added benefit of adding in an approval stage so that we can vet any uploaded images before they 'go live' on Dash) gives us the control we need. We also love that our Social Media team and designers can download images to 'pre-set' sizes - again a massive time saver\! We are finally able to offer the wider business a central place to be able to access and easily search on a plethora of images\! > > **Inconvénients**: We're yet to find anything that we dislike about Dash > > We have received excellent support from \[sensitive content hidden\] at Dash - from the Welcome meeting through to onboarding us - she immediately filled us with confidence. On the handful of occasions that I've needed to reach out to \[sensitive content hidden\] for support, she's responded extremely quickly. Whilst we're still in the early stages of using Dash, I've found it very easy to navigate.
