One time, they even recorded and sent me a video of exactly how to solve my problem. Another time, they just fixed it for me\! I think if they automated the signup process by asking you a list of questions and then have it set up for you, that would be good. > > I was a first timer using it, but it went so well that I would not hesitate to use it again or recommend it to my non-profit friends. The support was probably the biggest positive. The learning curve was probably the least favorite. Maybe AI will help them come up with a better, more automated system.
