We’ll absolutely be using it again. > > **Inconvénients**: If we had to name one, it’s that now we’re spoiled. HireFlix raised the bar for how we approach hiring—we'll never go back to scheduling dozens of initial interviews again. > > We’re a small nonprofit, and HireFlix helped us go beyond the resume to focus on what really matters—the person. The platform made it easy to evaluate both skillset and culture fit, which is so important for our close-knit team. The format gave candidates space to share their personality and approach in a way a PDF never could. ----- ### "Efficient Video Interviews Made Easy" — 5.0/5 > **Abbi** | *15 janvier 2026* | Gestion d'organisme à but non lucratif | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Hireflix was extremely time-saving and easy to navigate. The platform is user-friendly, quick to set up, and the customer support—especially from \[sensitive content hidden\]—was outstanding.
