We were looking for a UCC solution as we had a bad experience with another vendor. At the time we were selling traditional VoIP PBXs based on Asterisk with no real value for our customers. Moreover we knew that OPEX model was the future but we didn't know hot to start. When we got in touch with Wildix it found out they were different and it was exactly what we were looking for. They had a great UCC Solution, a great Customer Support and they taught us how to sell their products with an OPEX model. Moreover they don't sell directly to customers and really care about partner's ecosystem. We now have a solid MRR that's increasing month by month.
