## Avis

### "Helps manage our buildings efficiently" — 5.0/5

> **Aron** | *31 janvier 2021* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: This was exactly what we were looking for in terms of office leasing, building management, and prospecting. Since we manage numerous buildings, we really liked the ability to have separate logins for each building with separate tenant portals, logos, designs, and more.
>
> **Inconvénients**: Nothing at the moment, but we’re still fairly new and learning the program.
>
> With a development and software engineering background, I can confidently say this program is one of the best developed programs in the industry that utilizes the latest dev languages.

### "Would choose them again" — 4.0/5

> **Ashley** | *27 octobre 2025* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: value, ease of use, easy customer service. Use of ai to help with problems initially. I came from AppFolio and it has been pretty easy learning this platform
>
> **Inconvénients**: issues can take a bit longer to fix as this company is not open past 5 est and on the weekends. An answer or solution may have to wait.
>
> Im glad I went with DoorLoop. They've been great. The people have been helpful and the transition was pretty easy.

-----

### "Good tools + High Cost" — 3.0/5

> **Christine** | *3 avril 2026* | Santé, bien-être et fitness | Taux de recommandation : 3.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: Works great for online rent collection for multiple tenants and clients, with mobile app availability.
>
> **Inconvénients**: The cost is higher than most other application service providers for online rent collection without giving significantly better quality.
>
> Overall, this application is easy to organize and deploy for multiple tenants but the cost is exorbitant compared to other platforms.

### "Sharing my FAVORITE part of DoorLoop..." — 5.0/5

> **Amy** | *9 juillet 2025* | Comptabilité | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: As a new property manager since November 2024, managing 35 single-family homes, I’ve found DoorLoop to be incredibly helpful—but what truly stands out is the ability to book bookkeeping sessions with \[sensitive content hidden\].

Accounting can be tedious or confusing at times, but booking 50 minutes with \[sensitive content hidden\] for just $99 is an absolute game-changer. We get so much accomplished in each session, and I walk away having learned something new every time. He's become a regular part of my routine, and the support is not only affordable but invaluable.
>
> **Inconvénients**: What I like least about DoorLoop is that their chat support isn’t available in the evenings. I do most of my accounting at night since my days are spent in the field with clients, owners, and tenants.
>
> As a new property manager since November 2024 managing 35 single-family homes, I’ve found DoorLoop to be user-friendly and sufficient for a newbie.

### "Automated my business and portfolio" — 5.0/5

> **Utilisateur vérifié** | *12 novembre 2020* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10
>
> **Avantages**: The main reason we chose Doorloop is because we were spending too much time manually creating leases and renewals in microsoft word. Our staff was getting bogged down and couldn't keep up with the work so we urgently needed a program to help us automate as much as possible. Now we've setup templates and workflows to automate our leasing process, from sorting through our prospective tenants, to sending online calendars to schedule walkthroughs, to screening tenants, to renters insurance, and more. It's saved us a considerable amount of time so far.
>
> **Inconvénients**: Not every single thing is able to be automated yet, but I put in some suggestions and it seems like it's moving in the right direction. Like everything else, setup takes a bit of time, but after it's all done, we are saving much more time and getting more work done with the same amount of staff.
