> **Inconvénients**: While the platform is generally reliable, there have been occasions when I arrived at a restaurant only to find that the reservation hadn’t been properly communicated or confirmed on their end. Also, some of the lesser-known or smaller restaurants aren’t available on OpenTable, limiting options in certain areas.

> **Avantages**: It's well known. But there were NO pros for my company. They drained us monthly with their expensive plan and added little to no value in growing our company.

> **Inconvénients**: Far too expensive, customer service was deplorable, and their arrogance was overwhelming. We are a small business and could not afford their services any longer. Three days after we canceled our service, we received an erroneous review, and Open Table did not address the issue even though it had nothing to do with our restaurant. It was a personal opinion of how we accepted his criticism. With partnership like Open Table who needs enemies, if you have any other choice run from open table and utilize Tock.

> **Inconvénients**: Some places are not on the app or don't take reservations, so it can't really help with those, but at least it gives reviews to help you know if you will like it.

> Open table is a great app for finding a restaurant, especially last minute or at a busy time.   You can see what each restaurant offers and read reviews and find out who has a table you can reserve at the time you need it.   It makes the reservation for you, so you don't have to call around to get a table.  We have discovered new places they we really enjoyed by using this app.
