This software is really focused on crafters and so I often have to go elsewhere for keeping track of formulating details, some of the calculations and taking notes about each manufacture is a little bit challenging. Our Ecwid and Tik Tok sites currently don't sync which means that I have to manually enter all orders. It’s clean lined. Feels modern not old school which is good\! > > **Inconvénients**: There’s a lot, I don’t think it’s a superior software yet. It needs to work better for businesses. I’m a candle business and it’s super frustrating. Here’s my list of things I need in a software. 1. Allo you to see stock levels in live time as you manufacture a new product. It’s a huge time waisted creating all our manufactures, then scrolling through all our ingredients and to see if there are any in the red, this is the only way to know if we can even make the items we want to. Very frustrating with ordering stock to. Again we have to make manufacturers to determine how much supplies we even have. This is very backwards. There needs to be an easy, live view of stock, as you make a manufacturer so you know straight away if you can make it. Also, a tick off system, there’s no way to know what manufacturers have been made or not as you have to give them todays date to even take the product out of stock, this leads me to pen and paper for every manufacturer I need to make that day. I make my own products using raw materials, and I like that it has the ability to track the entire production process and manage inventory. Because of this, it also serves as a point from which I can compare against my Shopify product counts. Whenever I’ve had an issue (which isn’t often), customer service has always been quick to help. > > **Inconvénients**: I hope that in the future, it could have an additional sync option that pushes product counts up to Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc. I have to pay for another app for this feature, and it would be so handy to have it integrated into one program. I also wish that it had more support for multiple locations. For instance, if I have a sale on Amazon FBA, it deducts it from my main product count, even though I have set aside products for Amazon’s warehouse (and they don’t pull from my main inventory). It has great functionality for tracking manufacturing processes from raw materials to order completion, including full compliance with EU tracebility requirements.
