The data is accurate, the interface is easy to use, and their support team is always responsive and helpful when we need assistance. > > **Inconvénients**: Honestly there is not much to dislike. Like any software there is a learning curve at the beginning, but once you get familiar with the features it becomes very efficient and reliable for daily use. > > Our overall experience has been very positive. The team is responsive, the platform is accurate, and it helps us make better decisions for product research and listing optimization. It has become an important part of our workflow. ----- ### "Do not trust this company" — 1.0/5 > **Ivana** | *10 novembre 2022* | Vente au détail | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > **Avantages**: They do have some good features, and i liked the free trial option ( until i realized it was a scam). > > **Inconvénients**: Non-existent customer service support. There's no live char or a number that you can call;they barely respond to the emails, and when they do, the responses are generated and won't help you in any way.The free trial is a BIG scam. > > I signed up since i wanted to test some features i do not find on Helium 10. However, i wasn't impressed so i canceled my 7-day free trial after just 3 days. First, you won't get your money back right away, you need to email the company for the refund which i did and they did refund the money after about a week. Two months later i noticed that i was still getting charged MONTHLY. I tried signing in and it showed i have no active subscription. I contacted the customer support via email and their only response was ' you didn't cancel your subscription 24 hours in advance'. What? In the email they also provided a link to rate the experience with customer support but that link was invalid. i also looked up a contact phone number ( which is by the way nowhere to be found on their website). It was the headquarters' number. I tried calling at least 15 times and every time same answer "we aren't able to take your call, please contact us via email". ----- ### "Value for money best product" — 5.0/5 > **Dhanasekaran** | *16 février 2026* | Vente au détail | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I purchased junglescout for product research.
