> **Avantages**: product is ok but worked out at $500 a test and then they keep invoicing regardless that we decided to not use as many cheaper and more user friendly options on the market.  Then they bill you in full and final and add GST months later and threaten to take action if you do not pay the revised bill.  Just a shoddy operation and not what it was when I used in the UK.  Avoid it.

> **Avantages**: Great client support, intuitive user interface with very low training requirements, easy integration with our recruitment software and robust science to underpin it all. We're very happy with our choice to leverage Thomas for recruitment and employee development.

> **Inconvénients**: While the platform is easy to use and the integration makes it easy to work with candidates' results in Workable (our ATS), occasionally you still need to pull all the results of a group of candidates into a spread-sheet to work with them outside the native systems. It's frustrating to have to manually transpose. 
That's the only negative so far.

> Really good experience and the hiring results have allowed us to unlock strategic directions in our bulk recruitment that would have been impossible without Thomas's help.
