Dropbox syncs with all team members' computers, allowing documents to be kept up to date and accessible to all employees at all work locations. > > **Inconvénients**: With Dropbox software installed on my computer, I can access any file on the server, even when I'm not logged in. However, it does mean that I have a copy of everything on my local computer, and that can take up significant hard drive storage space quickly. If Dropbox is not installed on your computer, it will take longer to visit the website, enter your details and find the document you want, then you will have to download and install it before you can upload it. > > We are a small non-profit organization with employees in four locations.
