Probably the largest benefit I have noticed is that the customer support has been second to none, they are always very quick to respond, very helpful, and accommodating to my questions (mostly about feature requests - we have not encountered many bugs). > > **Inconvénients**: We looked into using the Niceboard-Zapier integration, but this did not include as much functionality as the API, so we have switched to using the API now which meant putting a couple more developers on our project. It would be good to see the Zapier functionality expanded in future. The fields on the 'apply' form can be customised to an extent, but some can only be hidden via custom CSS. It would be good to have toggles on these fields to choose whether to display them or not, but I am sure that will come with time. > > Our experience with Niceboard has been very smooth - it is very customisable so you can either just get your job board set up quickly, or really dive into the options that Niceboard offers, of which there are many - so it can take some time if you go through every option.
