phpFox is a very good product with excellent customer support, getting two thumbs up.

> **Avantages**: This is a very good product with lots of features and many customization options. This is a big point of difference from other companies with this product/service. The staff is always very patient with me. They also release updates and new features regularly.

> **Inconvénients**: I'd love if the company could have longer working hours so turn-around time is faster. More detailed reporting for admins would be helpful. It would be great if the 3rd party apps that integrate with the browser version could also work in some capacity on the native mobile app. Sometimes I run into a limitation and custom work is cost prohibitive for my small budget (although probably charging a reasonable rate).

I'm hungry for more reporting options, features, and flexibility in customizing the mobile app and happy that the company is always listening to feedback.

> **Avantages**: i thought i was buying a good product but was fooled by these peoples fake reviews. most of these reviews have to be fake because phpfox is a total ripoff and money scam. i spent so much money with these people

> **Inconvénients**: nothing works. 3rd party vendors can steal your bank accounnt and private information, then phpfox says they have no connection with them. they charge for basic things the menu says it can do but dont actually do it. they have to do everything no matter how smart or advanced you are, phofox have their product laid out so you will have to keep paying them to install. until i see my product working for my money i spent, i will not recommend this crappy product to anyone. dont buy or you will have a headache trying to  figure out where your money went

Constant updates and new crucial functions keep emerging. It seems that it is a system I can trust that will not cease soon so I will not be force to look for an replacement..

1. Amazing product, MetaFox. Delivers what it promises, and then some. Fully featured.
2. Regular updates to stay current, and bug free.
3. Ton of plugins to make MetaFox very popular and expandable.
4. Top notch support which is very timely. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. They do it right the first time\!

> **Inconvénients**: Nothing except one thing. They like, any business, have office hours :) But like a 12 hour difference between us and them. Gonna happen on this globe of ours ;) Other than minor inconvenience, nothing else.

> Two thumbs up, because that is all thumbs I got. I highly recommend MetaFox to everyone. They are the best in terms of product and support. No downsides, only upsides.
