And of course, humongous props to \[sensitive content hidden\] for understanding our product from the onset, making erudite suggestions about how we should structure our EMR to maximize efficiency/minimize data entry. When we had deadlines materialize out of nowhere (things tend to happen like that when you're starting your own practice, I've come to \[painfully\] find out) he would find a way to fit me into his tight schedule to solve the issue swiftly and efficiently; at times, speaking directly to my web designer to expedite the process. I see i'm supposed to mention bugs and issues above. So far? Smooth sailing with no perceivable snags. > > **Inconvénients**: Surprisingly, the only thing that was somewhat needlessly psychedelic was some of the onboarding where if you couldn't meet at a very early hour, you'd have to cater what Pabau's main conference calls at 1 AM due to the vast differences in time zones. > > Excellent. I am an experienced IT Professional and 2 things stood out to me when evaluating Pabau 2 and immediately after our purchase. The fact that the dev team built a new platform form to eliminate technical debt and kludgy performance, impressed me at hello. I am mid on-boarding journey and the success team is available. I say that again, I did not purchase a product to only be left learning with minimal support. They check in, they provide work arounds and yes, I have witnessed them submitting bug fixes on my behalf. The power of this software is meeting and succeeding my expectations. Do not join the freeware crowd, your infrastructure can make or break you in time. I want to enjoy running my business, not dealing with poor performing software.
