> **Inconvénients**: While it can do anything, sometimes purpose built software can be the best option in certain business cases.  However, having one platform that can encompass almost anything a business can come up with is definitely hard to find and TrackVia does a good job.
> 
> I have used TrackVia to handle a variety of tasks to eliminate paper and improve time to resolution for several issues.  We use it for machine maintenance checklists, support tickets for IT and Maintenance, tracking Training for employees, handling packing lists, Purchase orders and the list goes on.  It is truly a tool you can use for almost anything.
