Limited Features / Customization - As we scale up, or if we have more complicated processes, Bigin may feel restrictive. Features that we find lacking include: more advanced workflow automations, complex reporting, cross-filters, deeper customization of stages. - Once our needs grow, we need to move to full Zoho CRM. 2. Integration Constraints - While integrations exist, non-Zoho or less common tools sometimes are harder to connect or have less reliable syncs. - Glitches with Gmail add-on or with email/web-form integrations. 3. Automation Limitations - Automation is more basic: recurring tasks are simple, fewer triggers/conditions, less sophisticated rules. For example, stage transitions, automated follow-ups have constraints. 4. Onboarding Can Vary - Onboarding is less than ideal. Sometimes slow, reactive rather than proactive. - A few bugs/glitches or reliability issues appeared (e.g. missing form submissions, contacts disappearing) though not universal. 5. Scaling Up is a Challenge - If a venture has many users, many pipelines, or complex data, Bigin may not suffice long-term.
