EZHire Digital Interview Platform is a video interview platform that provides recruiting teams with tools to help manage the entire interview process and select candidates. The cloud-based platform allows businesses to assign questions or assessments to applicants and facilitates self-recording of answers using video recording tools. Hiring managers and HR teams can create customized questions or assessments to send to candidates and configure parameters such as maximum time limit, maximum answer length, number of allowable takes, and more.
In order to reduce time to hire and scheduling issues, EZHire uses one-way video recording to assess candidates. Businesses can select interview questions from the EZHire database or generate them from scratch based on their hiring needs. Candidates can self-record their answers using a desktop or mobile device and upload them to the platform at their own pace. Video answers can be scored based on metrics such as overall technique, soft skills, and predictive performance, in order to aid with decision making. EZHire also uses AI (artificial intelligence) and video interview analytics to screen candidates, and analytics and reports can be used to track statistics such as interview completions, interviews per position, and more.

Avantages
I used EZHire for video interviews. It was easy to configure and simple to use and access. It was in the very early stages when I used it so it might be even more advanced now.
Inconvénients
Mobile app needs to be a little more polished but that might have improved since the early stages.

Avantages
EZHire is by far the most convenient hiring tool in the market. Given the pandemic, it has enhanced hiring procedures by eliminating in-person interview rounds. Something that it has strived to achieve before the pandemic began.
Inconvénients
None. The software is easy to use and the customer support is very responsive.
