> **Avantages**: Marketing features: the ability to text customers from platform should be standardized but it’s not with most field services platforms. It is with Fieldd but also has post card marketing and a snazzy aka futuristic snappy online booking.

> **Inconvénients**: Not sure yet but maybe that in itself is a con. I’d recommend an ability to use the software in its entirety for a week free of charge. However I could see how that might disincentivize actually learning the software.
> 
> Currently excited to make the switch from Jobber because of its inclusion of highly sought after marketing features like SMS and post card marketing.

> **Avantages**: I really like what Fieldd brings to the table. It’s super easy to use, both for me and for the team in the field. The scheduling and dispatching features save a ton of time, and being able to track jobs in real time is a huge plus. I also like that customers can book online and get updates without me having to manually follow up—it just makes things run smoother. The app is solid, and I like how customizable everything is.

> **Inconvénients**: If I had to pick one thing I didn’t love about Fieldd, it would probably be the setup process. It wasn’t terrible, but there were a lot of options to go through, and it took some trial and error to get everything working exactly how I wanted. Some of the customization stuff could’ve been a little more straightforward. Once it's up and running, it’s great—but getting there took a bit longer than I expected.

> Overall, my experience with Fieldd has been really solid. It’s made a big difference in how I run things day to day. Scheduling, dispatching, and keeping track of jobs is way easier now, and the customer booking system has definitely helped make us look more professional.
