> **Avantages**: the simplicity of logging into my desktop anywhere in the world for sensitive software that should remain on my desktop. Also the ability to send a control alt delete command remotely and to access my desktop via the app on my iphone. It also allows me to access both screens on my home pc by toggling left and right. I put in a request today but it is a very minor issue for me.

> **Inconvénients**: I would like the abiility to fix the remote access to one of my two screens on my hope computer when I want to access remotely on my laptop using the software.

> excellent overall and it really makes a huge difference on completing sensitive tasks remotely.

> **Inconvénients**: Their billing practices are questionable as they give minimal notice for the annual billing and when you go to cancel after they have taken the funds, they will not refund you and tell you you are stuck with them for another year.

> Billing is an issue - the product works fine, for the most part. We no longer needed it and have not used it in Months. I did not cancel in time and the auto renewal hit. I called them a week after it renewed to let them know I will not be using the service and they said I basically did not have a choice as the service will remain active for an entire year and they will not refund. Be leary\!\! If I did business this way, my company would not be in business. Take care of your clients and they take care of you. This is theft as far as I am concerned.

> **Inconvénients**: Nothing on their end, on my end if the office had a power outage even for a second my office computer is then powered off, so in that case I can't connect.

> Love it, it has helped us out so often. Like with weekend or late-night calls. I can see what type of water heater they have to give prices, if their current on invoice, and the best part I can get work done from home, I connect every from home every day.

Consistent connections. Now supports a duel monitor environment.  Easy file transfer from you main computer to my laptop or other computer if needed.

> **Inconvénients**: Crazy pricing over the years, is pretty good now.  There were a couple of years where I did not have great connections, but it was the best alternative to all the other competitors in the market.
> 
> I have been with GoToMyPC for over 10 years now and have always been impressed with the customer service, if when there were times of not very good connections.
