I do have to contact the administrator and either have the request cancel to resubmit or specifically ask what she can adjust. I've always been able to get very helpful and useable response to any of my Support questions. Attended TMA's 2026 Annual User Conference and they did everything right. They also follow up with you about the case to ensure your request was completely resolved. This is the system that keeps our 70+ buildings up and running. There are many pre-built reports, but finding the right one for what you need, modifying it, and scheduling it often takes more time than it is worth. I prefer to create a query and save it, so I can run it whenever I need to.
