> The experience has become very terrible when they refused to refund me after I forgot to cancel the subscription. I contacted them and asked them for a very good pro-rated amount for them. I only forgot it for about 5 days and happy to leave them a full 1 - 2 months. But they say no and want to take advantage of my forgotness. For a SaaS, I think it is terrible as they dont lose anything to just refund me a partial amount
