We recollected manually data on spreadsheets by line operators. Afterwards, the data was introduced to Excel. It helped, but we reached a plateau, because data wasn't real time and furthermore, we needed more detailed information, but operators where already very busy attending the machines. With Evocon, operators reduced the time invested in collecting information, because the system gives accurate information when the line stops or reduces the speed. They just need to inform about the reason of the stop or speed loss.
