We were up and running with our first few test machines and some basic policies in just a couple of hours. > > **Inconvénients**: I honestly can't think of anything. Like most software, there is some learning curve and if you've never used a tool, you'll need a few minutes to understand context and to figure out what you need to meet your objectives. > > Kandji was one of the easiest platforms to get going. We had a few initial goals in mind, first was to get a good out of the box experience with new Macs, and once we linked Kandji with Apple Business Manager, that was done. Second was to enable Mac users to use their Okta credentials on their machines so we didn't have separate usernames and passwords and, Mac accounts adhered to our organization's complexity policy and change requirements. Third was to enforce encrypted hard drives and to escrow the keys. But as time has gone on and we have remained extremely happy customers, the platform has expanded to meet not just our Apple device management needs, but now cover our EDR needs, our vulnerability reporting, management for the few windows and android devices in our fleet - all while remaining easy to use, easy to navigate to where we need to go quickly, and constantly adding new quality of life features.
