EasyWorship est un logiciel de présentation de paroisse qui fournit aux utilisateurs un éventail d'outils afin de structurer l'ensemble de leur service, y compris en matière d'Écritures, de paroles de chants, d'annonces, de notes de sermon et de vidéos, le tout au sein d'une même plateforme. La mise en page d'EasyWorship peut être personnalisée pour s'adapter aux besoins spécifiques de chaque paroisse, en permettant aux utilisateurs de dérouler ou masquer certains éléments du programme et des ressources. La vue de sortie en direct permet aux utilisateurs de prévisualiser le contenu tel qu'il sera affiché à leur public. Le concepteur de présentation et le concepteur de thèmes intégrés donnent aux utilisateurs un contrôle total sur leurs diapositives de service, leurs médias et leur affichage d'annonces/alertes. Les intégrations avec des fournisseurs de médias tels que Centerline New Media, Skit Guys et Hyper Pixels Media permettent aux utilisateurs de télécharger des médias directement dans leurs présentations de service.
EasyWorship comprend des alertes de garderie qui permettent de communiquer avec les parents sans interrompre les services, ainsi que des messages d'alerte pour informer les équipes de prière du moment où il est temps de prier. Les communications peuvent également être transmises directement à l'affichage de scène. L'application à distance pour Android et iOS permet aux utilisateurs d'afficher et de contrôler leur calendrier de services où qu'ils se trouvent.

Easy worship is a highly recommended software with user-friendly interface, integrated media collection, numerous Bible languages, and general suitability for usage in church settings.
Avantages
EasyWorship is quite simple to use and you’re at ease while using it during church services. It is also a user-friendly interface, and has integrated media collection, compatibility for numerous Bible languages, and general suitability for usage in church settings.
Inconvénients
There’s been a couple of times where EasyWorship would crash in the middle of the service and we would have to restart it.Those moments are horrible cause there’s no back up system when it crashes and when there’s too much information on it, it starts hanging and we’re unable to use it effectively

On a week by week by week basis; EasyWorship enhances our worship. If there have been any issues (which have been few); the support team are quick to respond and help.
Avantages
EasyWorship is very convenient for worship services. It is possible to load all media onto the system together so the transition from song; bible readings; videos is seamless.
The support from EasyWorship is excellent. In addition to the training videos and information videos, there is a facility to raise issues with a support team, who are always knowledgable and patient.
Inconvénients
There is nothing that we dislike about EasyWorship. As with any IT the user needs to study how to use it properly. The training videos are excellent for this.

Helpful Interface with CCLI but Not User-Friendly

We're using EasyWorship for projecting songs, announcement slides, scripture, and sermon powerpoints on Sunday morning. I've been using the program for just over a year and it was what was being used when I took over as office administrator. It does fill our need for our services, and we now have a wealth of songs and liturgy saved within the program, making putting together those weekly presentations fairly simple. However, if someone were just starting out and choosing which program to use, I would not recommend EasyWorship simply for the fact that it is not intuitive or user friendly and the learning curve to get to the place where it is easy to use is very steep (as I observed both for myself and for a secretary at another local church who just went through that process with my help this fall).
Avantages
The best thing about EasyWorship is the interface with CCLI that allows me to import new worship songs into our presentation for Sunday morning, saving me the time of typing up the lyrics manually. And though I find the interface not very user-friendly, there is an extremely helpful wealth of "how-to" articles and videos provided by EasyWorship. When I run into a question of how to do something, I can simply google my question and the first return on the search is always an EasyWorship how-to page. Importing of powerpoints, which our pastors use to construct their sermon slides, is pretty seamless, though occasionally we run into snafus if one of the slides has a video.
Inconvénients
As a designer who has used everything from the Adobe suite to Microsoft Office to Google's many online programs, I have to say that EasyWorship is one of the least user-friendly programs I've encountered. I have been frustrated by things like a simple "undo" function being absent from the program until the most recent update, and menus so confusing and counter-intuitive that I spent much of my first few weeks with the program googling "how to find__ in Easy Worship" just to access basic menus. For example, editing tools for anything but your basic font options are not found in an "edit" menu but through an "inspector" button. I helped train someone new in on the software and could tell that they were very overwhelmed, as many things are not where you would expect based on previous experience with software and Apple or PC operating systems.

Avantages
The love the number of new graphics along with the small video graphics. Has a lot of different media styles to choose from.
Inconvénients
Some of the graphics are repeated more than once.
