iClassPro est un logiciel cloud de gestion de cours conçu pour aider les centres d'activité à gérer les opérations administratives telles que la gestion des absences, la planification des cours, la facturation, etc. Grâce à un tableau de bord personnalisable, les responsables peuvent obtenir une présentation du taux d'inscription d'étudiants, des programmes en cours et des transactions mensuelles via des widgets, des KPI (Key Performance Indicator), des graphiques à secteurs et des données analytiques exploitables.

Les parents peuvent utiliser le portail en libre-service d'iClassPro pour mettre à jour les informations de compte, surveiller les absences des enfants, accéder aux horaires des cours et effectuer des paiements de frais avant les dates d'échéance. Les enseignants peuvent utiliser le module de suivi des compétences pour évaluer les performances des étudiants, générer des certificats d'achèvement et envoyer des rapports d'avancement personnalisés aux parents par e-mail. Les responsables peuvent enregistrer les heures de travail des employés à l'aide d'horodateurs, approuver ou rejeter les pointages soumis et exporter les données de présence pour rationaliser les processus de paie.

iClassPro s'intègre à diverses applications tierces telles que QuickBooks, ADP, Microsoft Excel, etc. Grâce au module de PDV (point de vente), les entreprises peuvent gérer l'inventaire et trier les produits dans plusieurs catégories en fonction de leur nom, type, marque, numéro d'article ou encore de leurs balises. Les administrateurs peuvent utiliser le calendrier, ProCal, pour afficher les horaires de cours hebdomadaires par niveau, zone, instructeur et étudiants (inscrits ou sur liste d'attente).

The software is fantastic, but in my humble opinion, iClassPro’s biggest strength is their customer service. My sales rep, Preston, is professional, always accessible for questions (and I have had many), and extremely knowledgeable about the software. He has patiently walked me through every conceivable scenario my business might have, and he always follows up to make sure I’m feeling confident in mastering what he’s shown me. I’ve had a nothing-but-positive experience with the product and with the company.

Avantages

More than anything, I love the beautiful customer experience the software provides. As a business that offers classes for children, I want to make sure that enrollment and week-to-week account management isn’t too complicated for my customers (who are busy parents). The software is visually appealing, integrates nicely with my own website, and is easy to use. Love it!

Inconvénients

It didn’t have all the functionality I need for my business, but for that, I would probably need to have something custom created. There were, however, very functional workarounds that my sales rep walked me through. That was really appreciated!

Avantages

Ease to learn and navigate, there are a multitude of reports we can produce, they are always evolving and improving systems. Listen to their customers and make changes and updates as needed.

Inconvénients

When it's down, we literally cannot work.

A well presented, ambitious class management system filled with hidden flaws

Customer service response time is great, however they are unable to provide adequate support due to the flaws in their system and setup.

Avantages

The presentation of the Class enrolment system to the customer is really outstanding which is what attracted us to move our 1000 + clients across from our old system to this one. The online enrolment system is visually appealing, easy to navigate and smart in the way it seamlessly integrates selecting a class with creating a new customer account.
The customer app is a great feature and makes it easier for customers to manage their enrolment, makeups and fees.
Setup was guided by iclasspro staff which made it a lot easier to get started.
New features are frequently being released which gives you hope that the software is always improving.

Inconvénients

There are MANY significant, hidden flaws and technical breakdowns in Iclasspro which have really marred the use of it and have significantly impacted my business.

Whilst the actual registration system, class management and roll keeping is very solid and well planned, a lot of the additional features are "half cooked" and need further development for them to be fully functional. for the price point, I was happy to pay this amount for the additional features as they are great features if they work. Given that they don't, I'm not happy with the price point.

Whilst new updates are frequently released and cause some measure of excitement you soon learn that the update is just another 'half cooked' idea that needs a lot more work before it can be used properly.

Technical break downs:
I'm based in Australia. The payment processer integration is horrendous. Frequent outages occur particularly around the monthly payment batch processing for us or right on term upfront payment times. This means that:
a. A customer thinks they have enrolled & paid - the amount shows as 'pending' on their bank statement but eventually drops off after about a week, leaving them with no enrolment and no notification of this. They then show up for a class that they thought they were enrolled in but are not.
b. for existing customers we are constantly following up fees the customer thought they'd paid - but the processor had an outage at the time.

Trial class / Intro offers:
Iclass pro offers multiple ways for businesses to create trial bookings however none of them actually work well enough to use. This is the biggest disappointment of the entire software package, as trial bookings are key to our business growth plan. After seeing how amazing the online registration is I assumed that booking a trial would be similar. I have been waiting for 3 months for a fix for their actual trial booking process to work. Customers cannot complete checkout and they refuse to give me updates or a fix date.
I have been left with having to use webforms to take trial bookings and manually transferring these to the registration program one by one.

The punch pass feature:
This is very poorly executed. Clunky, hard to read and follow, a new customer gets looped out of it to create an account and not brought back to the pass so gets lost. If you use recurring billing for your session classes, then this means that at checkout the punch pass requires a customer to save their payment method on file rather than just checkout. This is a massive deterrent.
Also after checkout there is no prompt to book your classes - it just says 'go to account'.

The Pro Shop:
If you have a larger store, it takes absolutely ages to load images. Even just landing on a page with 2 options can take more than 30 seconds to load images. At checkout customers are forced to 'save card for recurring billing' if you have session classes that have recurring billing enabled. The suggestion to fix this from Iclasspro support was to turn off the force save card option for recurring billing which is completley inadequate.

Avantages

It is the easiest to navigate and user friendly for both the staff and customers. Their customer service is outstanding!

Inconvénients

The appointments feature for private lessons and their parties feature are still not as easy to navigate and connected to the other pages as much as I am used to.

User friendly!

Avantages

I like that it is user friendly for both the customer and the administrator. The set up wizards really walk you thru everything.

Inconvénients

The cost seems like a lot. Some of it is out of their control when it comes to the credit card processing fees. I would like to see other options for processing - not just the one available.
