I segmented my day into defined chunks of time and then would manually fill in the schedule with tasks. With SkedPal, I could use their time maps to recreate my ideal week digitally. Now SkedPal schedules my tasks "automagically" according to the boundaries I have set. It has decreased my planning time. I can move into action much easier. What I also love about SkedPal is the "update schedule" button. If I get off track, I can update the schedule, and like magic, I have an actionable schedule again.
