Its sleek and quick design as a collection of cards enables any supporting agent to briefly discuss, update and highlight any internal and external changes in information and anything regarding process-wise it allows teams to digress updates flexibly and precisely. By being readily available and easily accessible with a clear set of "access" to each level of employee Guru has become - in my opinion - a staple for any business that requires a specific set of skill that is easily discussed, shared and utilized to better assist the consumers it serves and the client that relies on it. > > **Inconvénients**: Guru's accessibility and openness have also made it 'too open' yet "too small" in my perspective. This can cause confusion as to what card to change when a company-wide update comes in, or what card to hide when a new change in the company's internal information pushes through. > > The name of the system suits it well.
