Description du logiciel Signature
Signature est une solution ERP basée sur le cloud qui aide les agences de voyages et les planificateurs de vacances de petite et grande taille à gérer les réservations et les données client. Les fonctionnalités clés comprennent la création de forfaits personnalisés, le traitement des paiements, le suivi d'inventaire, la prévision, le reporting MIS et la gestion des fournisseurs.
L'application basée sur l'IA est fournie avec un générateur d'itinéraires qui aide les opérateurs à planifier et à personnaliser les voyages, à générer des devis/factures et à automatiser les réservations pour les clients en temps réel. Les agents peuvent utiliser le portail personnel pour réserver des sièges ou des hébergements, effectuer des annulations, calculer les prix et imprimer des coupons pour les clients. De plus, le module de gestion des contrats permet aux membres de l'équipe de préparer des modèles de contrat et de gérer les promotions sur la base d'un prix applicable ou d'un prix réduit.
Signature offre une fonctionnalité comptable qui aide les comptables à gérer le grand livre général, les comptes créditeurs/débiteurs, les rapprochements bancaires et les processus fiscaux. Son tableau de bord permet aux utilisateurs de suivre les limites de crédit des clients et d'apporter des ajustements aux voyages par le biais du profilage. La solution permet aux agents de recueillir des informations sur l'inventaire auprès des fournisseurs et de concevoir des forfaits de voyage en conséquence.

The best system seen so far which is complete in all expects.( it was a dream to see something so complete ----operations/ contracting/ accounting, all is in detail)
If I may say this system will redefine travel industry with its voice enabled portal.
Its a travel technology solution that can be mapped into existing workflows.

Last but not the least , the hardware created is aptly supported by the software ( its people , always there to support its clients when required )
Inconvénients
the only thing I would say is that a pricing can be looked at and made a bit competitive.
Having said the above would say that this product created is invaluable, hence I guess you pay a price.

Avantages
The user experience is one of the best in the travel industry currently. This is because of the rich experience of each of the members bring with them as features in the application. The workflow is a beauty which gives advantage to run a lot of process on automation mode, even the complex ones!
