> **Avantages**: AviMark has been by far the easiest to use Veterinary Software. It has many options to store, personalize, and create information. It has options to input and store different pricing tiers for varying codes. It also has the ability to personalize item codes. There are many features that make Avimark easy to use for even the most beginner user.

> **Inconvénients**: While many easy to use features, Avimark also has limitations on some of its features. Certain features can only be personalized to such a degree and there are some areas where only certain information can be utilized.
> 
> Overall, Avimark has been the easiest and most self explanatory software system to use for veterinary records.

> **Avantages**: Great organized system. Hard to start learning but once you've got the basic's down it gets much easier. Customer service is always very helpful. I love the followup function; allows us to communicate well throughout the hospital.

> **Inconvénients**: Wish running detailed reports was a bit more user friendly. Wish there were other ways to search for things (by bread for example) in the main search function

> **Avantages**: I can take a version into the field, then bring it back to sync with the server.  I run a housecall practice.

> **Inconvénients**: The mobile (Sidekick) feature appears to be an afterthought.  It is not well designed and there are numerous glitches with trying to get it to be as robust a program as we need.  I have spoken with higher level technicians about this and they agree that the features we need would be great to have, but they don't yet exist and they put in requests for software updates, but I have no reason to expect that these will ever actually happen.

> Calling in to regular tech support (for which I pay a monthly fee) is rarely rewarding.  They only have the pat answers and protocols that they know to do for different error codes.  I do have a relationship with one of the senior technicians and try to schedule with her to actually troubleshoot our problems.

> **Avantages**: How easy it is to learn \& to teach others makes it a smooth running software. The simplicity of different aspects makes it less stressful as well. Customer service is also a big plus. When we have an issue, they are quick to starting figuring out what the problem may be.

> **Inconvénients**: It's hard to say what I like least about Avimark because our clinic does not utilize all the various features. We still do quite a bit of things the old school way. I know of some of the extensive features that I'm sure for larger clinics it works well for.
> 
> My overall experience with Avimark is great. The software is easy to work with, dependable, features for all different aspects of the Veterinary field \& great customer service.

> **Avantages**: I quite like the ease of this software. Most staff pick it up easily when trained. Customer service is great, anytime I have needed help response time has been great and they are able to navigate me through the process, very friendly.

> **Inconvénients**: The one complaint I do have regarding the software is that there is no warning when another user is trying to schedule an appointment slot so there are times that they get double booked. I would like if that was added to the software.
> 
> Overall my experience has been good. We had no trouble learning the software and we enjoy the features available to us. I find the system very user friendly.
