Having the ability to add and subtract layers on the fly is another great advantage of using this great software. The ability to integrate it with our present music production software (Ableton Live) is what made it possible to automate our audio and lighting scenes. This is far ahead of what the competition offers at the moment. > > **Inconvénients**: The barrier to entry is probably the price and yearly subscription. While it may not be a lot, the possibility of a very small congregation or international audiences not being able to afford it, is a likelihood. > > From the time we decided to take the plunge to having used it for years now, working on ProPresenter has been such a great delight. Given that most services depend on volunteers, it was becoming increasingly difficult to have the manpower required to run these different systems. Using ProPresenter to integrate into our current production rig, saves us both time and resources. ----- ### "A Great Product\!" — 5.0/5 > **Tim** | *15 janvier 2025* | Institutions religieuses | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It's easy to use and does everything we need it to. > > **Inconvénients**: The yearly fee seems a bit expensive, but maybe not for what you get. > > We used a couple of other brands of presentation software before switching to ProPresenter and ProPresenter is by far the best. Our computer is ten years old now, but it still keeps working fine with every new version of ProPresenter. I do like that the software is constantly updated and also support has been very responsive and helpful when needed. I recommend ProPresenter very highly. ----- ### "Not so Great if you are a Pastor who uses slides for your points" — 2.0/5 > **Mark** | *1 février 2025* | Gestion d'organisme à but non lucratif | Taux de recommandation : 3.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The feature I like most is the preview feature on the bottom of the stage monitor setting so I know what verse or words are on my next slide. > > **Inconvénients**: As a pastor using this program it's a challenge. Sometimes I am working slide 15 and I do something an it jumps to slide 1 or another location. Also, you can now not preview your slideshow without a subscription, we have a subscription for our worship center but why do I need one to build my presentation. > > Overall much more difficult to work with compared to powerpoint. ----- ### "Pro Presenter for Churches" — 5.0/5 > **Christian** | *8 avril 2026* | Gestion d'organisme à but non lucratif | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Pro presenter is the industry standard for presentation software. From organization - execution it has been a game changer. > > **Inconvénients**: Some of the integration with other application is not as easy as I would like it to be. It is however reliable once you figure it out. > > Overall it has helped save me time setting up weekly presentations. It has also made our workflow more reliable preventing errors during presentations. ----- ### "Everything the average church will need plus more\!\!" — 5.0/5 > **Kylee** | *5 août 2025* | Institutions religieuses | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Propresenter allows our church to run presentations seamlessly every week. There are so many features that are VERY customizable to anything we may need. It’s also helpful to be able to control so many things from one software - ex. livestream, main screen, lower thirds, decorative LEDs, etc. > > **Inconvénients**: I wish that propresenter could be accessed through a web browser so that it could be edited from any computer - even if the software wasn’t downloaded. I feel this would make collaboration easier. > > Proprsenter is a complicated software with many features, yet it is simple enough the volunteers can run the presentation on Sunday morning. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Données structurées
