Ruum’s artificial intelligence (AI) bot is designed to streamline project management by automating processes such as delivering daily updates and following up with team members. Integrations with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud enable two-way data sync, secure document exchange, one-click collaboration, and more. Projects can be broken down into multiple workstreams for task management.
Ruum’s real-time reporting and one-click on-demand report generation keep all team members up-to-date on project progress. The activity timeline removes the need for users to continually provide status updates and encourages accountability. ease of use is ranked higher than amount of features, which is fine. Maybe in the future both dimensions could be combined.
