YardView est une solution cloud de gestion de parc et de remorques conçue pour aider les entreprises de logistique à gérer les activités de parc, les conducteurs, les rendez-vous, l'immobilisation, le suivi des surestaries et le reporting. Le logiciel vise à réduire les délais de vérification des terrains et les moments d'inactivité de la main-d'œuvre sur les quais, ainsi qu'à éliminer le besoin en tableurs.
L'interface cloud et mobile de YardView permet aux utilisateurs d'accéder aux données sur leur parc de n'importe où et à tout moment. Les utilisateurs peuvent rechercher des données rapidement, saisir les critères souhaités et identifier les informations pertinentes. Étant donné que chaque déplacement dans l'outil crée un enregistrement, toutes les données relatives aux modifications et aux mouvements sont consultables. Les utilisateurs peuvent également réduire leur charge de travail administrative en permettant aux clients et aux transporteurs d'accéder aux données clés liées à leur parc, avec la possibilité de contrôler les accès au moyen de rôles utilisateur.
YardView Smartclient est conçu pour réduire le délai nécessaire à la vérification des terrains et fournit des métriques et rapports personnalisés basés sur des données en temps réel. Les frais d'immobilisation et de surestarie sont générés automatiquement : YardView calcule les heures dans l'inventaire et génère des alertes par SMS pour que les utilisateurs puissent anticiper les frais.

from the owner Nate, the sales support Heather, to support Dustin, to their entire Team, they are very responsive, attentive to our account and willing to satisfy us the customer. we were always up and running during these 5 years, with constant enhancements.

there is simply nothing to report here as a con. from the beginning approximately 5 years, Yardview has been a great dock scheduling and yard management software that we use for a production tool daily. we ship over 50 trucks per day on 2 shifts with ease on this platform.

Thank you for all your help our rep! The rep is just one of the great people that I got to work with at YardView. Aside from the rep just being an amazing person, she took care of every concern we had, and went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our project was addressed and taken care of. It was almost as though she became an extension of our own team. However, everyone on their team was extremely professional and helpful as well.
Avantages
YardView is an extremely powerful tool that provides the same dynamic analytical capabilities that "BIG" Asset Management Software companies offer, but YardView provides the agility of a fast implementation that the "BIG" companies simply can't compete with.
Our business volumes fluctuate seasonally so we needed a cost effective solution that could be rolled out and implemented quickly to multiple sites as business needs dictate. After evaluating a several other solutions YardView was the best choice by far.
The software is straight forward and easy to use for any user. Minimal training was needed because the interface is so user friendly. An immediate ROI was realized in reduced man hours, and gained visibility and use analytics which gave us the ability to better track our assets and maintain our facilities.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a YardView API that can be leveraged to easily integrate YardView with other Software.

Clean interface, one of the best Yard Management packages available

Avantages
Ease of use. .NET application will run on almost any Windows device will little to no setup required.
Inconvénients
Software can lock up on occasion but think this has more to do with poor Internet connectivity at times in the yard.

Yardview is a great company to do business with because they're responsive and reasonable. Our integration with them actually ran under budget and was delivered on time. I'd have to say that of all our software vendor relationships, it's among the best.
Avantages
The software is used for yard management of large warehouse yards. It has a component in the driver's cab so their dispatches come up immediately on their screen. The simple design allows the drivers to easily navigate the job requests, pick the one they're working on, make any notes to the move and view the other options quickly and easily. Dispatchers can stack load assignments up and push them to the trucks with ease. Management and exception reports are well laid out and provide great metrics to help improve yard efficiency. Finally, the vendor is easy to work with and really knows their product so externally integration was easy.
Inconvénients
The only initial con I had was that the GUI felt a little dated but they've issued a new version that greatly enhanced the look and feel.
