I like that I can pull reports for customers whose accounts are past due. When it's the first of the month I like that I can send bulk emailed statements, and bulk print. > > **Inconvénients**: I least like the number of steps it takes to create a reservation with molo and the glitches that happen if you make a mistake during the process. If there was a way to shorten the steps it would save a lot of time on our end with reservation. > > I have had overall a great experience using Molo. Molo has been reliable with keeping up with any updates we have requested for better day to day accounting and record keeping. The customer support staff has always been very friendly and extremely helpful with helping troubleshoot any internal issues we might face.
