Users can create and build organizational charts, opportunity qualification scorecards and best-practice sales playbooks with Closeplan’s relationship map, deal scorecard and sales playbook tools. Sales teams utilize Closeplan to enhance opportunity qualification and operationalize any sales methodology at scale, plus increase forecast accuracy and identify pipeline risks. ClosePlan also supports fact-based deal reviews, allowing users to focus on what has happened, as well as what needs to happen.

Deal scorecards are designed to create a common language across sales teams by adapting to any qualification methodology (MEDDIC, BANT, customer centric selling, etc). Users can create multiple deal scorecards for different business lines, sales regions and industries. Deal Scorecards provides sales leadership quick visibility into an opportunity’s health to better align deal conversations and take corrective action.
