Perhaps, they can set a validity period like 30 days. In case the election did not pushed through and the association needs to have special election after a number of days, you have to renew the license. Moreover, for voting on separate groups, you can only have one link for that. Like in my case, I have a residential and a commercial group voting separately. Since the two groups are included in one link regardless of number of pages, anyone who has credentials can vote through the link even on the other group since they can see that.
