It is very user-friendly and has helped us save a significant amount of time. For a busy medical office, having a reliable dictation service makes a big difference in keeping letters completed and sent out in a timely manner. I also appreciate how well it fits into our existing workflow. It is simple for our providers to use, and the time savings for both the physicians and administrative staff make it a valuable service for our office. Overall, I would recommend ZyDoc to other medical practices that rely heavily on physician-dictated letters. > > **Inconvénients**: One feature I wish ZyDoc offered is the ability to automatically add each doctor's electronic signature to the completed letter. Flexibility to customize my routine work allowed my workflow volume to easily expand as my business increased. > > **Inconvénients**: I least liked not being able to use Apple products in the early years of my relationship with them. I feel that any issues we had, were rectified promptly and correctly with the proper support team. I think one thing that might be more useful in this instant response culture we all work in, might be a quicker turn around, although it is most times very acceptable. > > In the several years that I have supported the application and worked with the ZyDoc team, I have been very impressed with their commitment to a quality product and quick response.
