Dockwa est un logiciel cloud de gestion de marina conçu pour établir la communication avec les plaisanciers et permettre des réservations en ligne grâce à des outils de gestion des réservations, de communication avec les invités, de traitement des paiements, d'affectation de quais et de bornes d'amarrage, de reporting financier, etc.
Avec Dockwa, les clients peuvent effectuer des réservations en ligne directement via le site web de la marina et les utilisateurs peuvent confirmer ou rejeter les réservations en un seul clic. L'inventaire est mis à jour en temps réel, offrant ainsi une visibilité instantanée sur les disponibilités, afin de permettre aux utilisateurs de s'assurer que l'espace est disponible lors de la prise de réservations par téléphone ou en personne. Une fois la réservation effectuée, des quais et bornes d'amarrage sont immédiatement affectés à celle-ci, afin de permettre aux utilisateurs de gérer la répartition à la fois pour les clients saisonniers et de passage.
Dockwa propose le traitement des paiements afin de les collecter au moment de la réservation via la carte de crédit du client. Les paiements sont transférés vers des comptes bancaires via ACH ; tous les transferts sont enregistrés et peuvent être imprimés ou exportés à tout moment. Dockwa propose également des avis intégrés afin d'offrir aux utilisateurs la possibilité de gérer leur réputation en ligne et de diffuser les commentaires positifs de leurs clients.

I absolutely love the Dockwa app.
Avantages
Our family are full time cruisers traveling on our sailboat. We love that Dockwa completely streamlines the check-in process that is required with most marinas, also you know the amenities, and what other peoples opinions of the marina is through Dockwa reviews.
Inconvénients
Our only complaint is that not enough marinas have signed up to book through Dockwa yet. But we are waiting.

Great user interface, hands-off payment processing, useful various reports, easy to communicate with boaters, accessible remotely.
Inconvénients
Initially, the cost to use DockWa consisted of a percentage of our revenue, but recently an additional annual software fee was added. Also, this new base package is very slim on some basic features that would be very helpful to marinas that don't require the extra bells and whistles and advertising features.
