Thryv est un logiciel de gestion tout-en-un conçu pour les petites entreprises. Contrairement à d'autres logiciels, Thryv intègre des fonctionnalités telles que la gestion des contacts, le CRM, le marketing par SMS et l'e-mail marketing, les listes en ligne et la gestion de la réputation, la prise de rendez-vous en ligne, la planification des réseaux sociaux, le traitement des paiements, etc. Les petites entreprises n'ont besoin que d'un seul outil, d'une seule connexion et d'un seul écran pour tout gérer. Thryv fonctionne sur les appareils mobiles iOS et Android de sorte que les propriétaires d'entreprises ont un accès et une visibilité complète à Thryv en déplacement, 24 h/24, 7 j/7.
Thryv commence par la gestion des contacts et des clients grâce à son CRM intégré et entièrement fonctionnel. Les entreprises peuvent gérer leur base de données de contacts, engager et entretenir des pistes grâce à des communications programmées et obtenir des informations sur les clients grâce à des analyses de données enrichies. Les entreprises peuvent ensuite communiquer avec les contacts et les clients par SMS et par e-mail, le tout à partir d'un tableau de bord. Les propriétaires d'entreprise peuvent programmer des rappels automatiques pour répondre aux messages des clients ou déclencher des rappels de rendez-vous et de paiement aux clients à l'avance.
Les entreprises utilisent également Thryv pour établir une présence en ligne, avec des listes d'entreprises cohérentes sur plus de 60 sites de confiance ainsi qu'un portail web personnalisé pour attirer de nouveaux clients ainsi que les clients actuels. Thryv inclut la gestion de la réputation, afin que les propriétaires d'entreprise puissent également surveiller leurs notes et évaluations en ligne et répondre rapidement aux commentaires.
Thryv gère la prise de rendez-vous en ligne et la gestion des réservations pour les rendez-vous individuels, les cours de groupe et autres événements de grande envergure. Celle-ci comprend la synchronisation du calendrier, de sorte que les propriétaires d'entreprise obtiennent un aperçu des horaires de leur personnel. Planifiez des rappels automatiques à l'avance pour réduire le nombre de non-présentations. Dans l'ensemble, Thryv est meilleur pour la gestion clientèle , l'automatisation des mails et avec plus de fonction commercial permettant de bien gérer nos relations , projet , vente , facturation avec les prospects et entreprises . Je le recommande
Avantages
Thryv est un logiciel très intéressant avec une grande fonctionnalités, simplicité d'utilisation et très bon pour la gestion clientèle
Inconvénients
Malgré ce logiciel très bon et riche en fonctionnalités , il n'est pas disponible dans tout les pays . Dommage

Thryv and the staff has been amazing in helping me get my small business off the ground (during a ppandemic!). Every day I learn something new. I believe it is going to further assist in growing and maintaining my business.
Avantages
Thryv is easy to set up and use. The training and customer service are the best I have found. They are very attentive, even reaching out to me to make sure I am getting the most from my system. I am so pleased that I can post to ALL my social media sites at once and set up my posts for the future. I am pleased that my birthday greetings are also automated and that I can schedule special "announcments" and campaigns.
Inconvénients
There are some functions that I don't use in my business and I feel they clutter my dashboard.

Thryv collects client's contact info, and with their webhooks, I can easily import them where I need them.
Avantages
I really like how we can capture potential clients info into the system and then start marketing to them.
Inconvénients
If you have a current client, say a parent, and that parent has more than one child that needs to be in the system, you can't automatically have the 2nd child and no entered into the system. Also, if you are having them register their children for services, it is VERY VERY confusing because the system is not set up well for multiple "Sub" Clients.

Avantages
That it is user friendly for myself and my sales team. The communication aspect has changed the game for our company. We all know what is going on with each other's customers at any given time and it has made us look that much more professional in the building supplies industry. Tracking the 7 key components has been important for my role - Leads, Appointments, Conversion Rates, etc.........
Inconvénients
Cannot cc in the emailing portion and the limit of characters in the text and email side.
