I believe things linking together is so important for tracking purposes and making sure all departments are on the same page, whether it's sales, admin, memorial ordering, grounds, and management. I believe this is Plotbox's best feature. > > **Inconvénients**: I believe there are things missing as far as Plotbox filters in certain modules that limit its capabilities to run the reports we need. For instance, we only order memorials once a headstone is paid in full, but we are unable to add a filter indicating when a headstone was paid in full. This would help us effectively prioritize headstones. > > It's been good. There have been some hiccups, but I do feel Plotbox has our back and is there to assist when needed. ----- ### "Customer review - Telford & Wrekin" — 5.0/5 > **Nicky** | *2 mai 2025* | Services juridiques | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It's just brilliant\! I love being able to see just how many graves we actually do have, and more importantly, what we have left\! > > **Inconvénients**: The mapping and ground proofing was the hardest part, and I underestimated the time needed, to dedicate to that task. It was all fine in the end though. > > Fantastic\! The team are always so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. At the drop of a hat support is there, and nothing is too much trouble. A really great experience, thanks Plotbox\! ----- ### "Consumer Survey" — 4.0/5 > **Cynthia** | *23 août 2022* | Services aux consommateurs | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Digital contracts. I have nothing else to add. > > **Inconvénients**: Few hiccups. > > Great. ----- ### "Well done PB Team" — 5.0/5 > **Andrea** | *2 juillet 2026* | Administration publique | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Everything you need is at you fingertips with a click of a button from deceased details to the Registered grave owner, pictures that help the stonemasons immensely. > > **Inconvénients**: nothing, it has changed the way I work, much more efficiently. Things would take so much longer, from looking into the old burial book. > > From starting with PB and the training (which was superb). The Team are so helpful and always willing to help and assist. ----- ### "Plotbox helps bring your cemetery up to date" — 4.0/5 > **Kerry** | *28 janvier 2025* | Services aux consommateurs | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The maps, the ease of use of modules, once we have worked out the best way to use them for our business and processes > > **Inconvénients**: Data fix times and ad hoc invoices re pending events issues and no we don't want contracts but would love if ad hoc invoices and pending events would work better. > > Plotbox is a wonderful program for cemetery data, burial bookings, memorial items, records search and map imagery. The support staff from initial Project Management, General Management, Customer Success Management, Sales and Support are wonderful. They are professional, great at problem solving, know their product very well and are also warm and approachable. Great team\! Great Product\!
