Also allows you to track and record communication with your customers. > > **Inconvénients**: I'm not a big fan of the photo report creation and setup. I feel like the photos could be grouped by tag a little better. > > This has been a terrific overall CRM for our small business. It has all the necessary features we need for job creation, tracking, financials, and communication. ----- ### "New to Acculynx" — 3.0/5 > **Andrea** | *3 décembre 2025* | Construction | Taux de recommandation : 6.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Everything in one place (no longer need to have a signature platform and photo platform)- organization > > **Inconvénients**: A very long and hard setup to get everything going. Not recommended if you are already too busy with you company. Bring on someone just to set this up for you. > > We are still at beginning stages and not fully live- The process for us began months ago. I personally do not have the extensive hours to get this running on top of my normal day to day. I was unaware of the all in it would need to get going. ----- ### "Raptor Roofing SDR/Office Experience" — 5.0/5 > **Kayly** | *3 décembre 2025* | Construction | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I really enjoy using AccuLynx because it’s easy to navigate. Uploading information is simple, and the system offers a lot of useful features. One thing I really like is how smoothly everything updates—when one change is made, the whole system syncs seamlessly. It makes the workflow feel clean and dependable. > > **Inconvénients**: I would say the limitations in the number of functions can be challenging. The CPIs that are tracked aren’t always accurate, and it can be difficult to find the specific CPI you need in AccuLynx when you’re looking for it. On top of that, having such a minimal set of features makes it harder for a company to operate smoothly, especially when you rely on these tools to stay organized and efficient. > > Overall, it’s a great system. Everything is laid out in a way that’s easy to work with and even easier to learn, which really helps keep things moving. One of the features I appreciate the most is the email section in the comments. Having everything organized there makes my workflow so much simpler and way more efficient. It saves time, cuts down on confusion, and just overall makes the job feel smoother. It’s definitely one of my favorite parts of the whole setup. ----- ### "Great for Organization and Company Communication" — 5.0/5 > **Michelene** | *3 décembre 2025* | Construction | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I love how Acculynx keeps our company and sales team organized. I especially love the communication tools and financial worksheet. They keep everyone on the same page throughout the entire process. > > **Inconvénients**: I would love to see a more robust payroll management feature for creating cap out sheets and understanding P\&L, including commissions, for each job. > > Overall, using Acculynx has been a very seamless experience. The onboarding and training processes were so helpful and the refresher videos help when I have forgotten a step. The user experience is very intuitive. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Données structurées
