Fibo is a web-based job management software designed to help businesses streamline field activity with online job scheduling, dispatching and tracking tools, plus invoicing, messaging, reporting, GPS mapping technology, and more. Native mobile apps for iOS and Android give users the flexibility to manage team schedules and communication anytime, anywhere, from any mobile device.
With Fibo, users can create and send estimates for client approval, build work orders, and schedule work for their teams, all from a single, centralized platform. Users can also create and send invoices with the click of a button. Fibo allows field teams to communicate job information back to the office in real-time through photos, data, and notes. Flexible scheduling tools enable users to schedule recurring, long-term, or single-day jobs. Teams have centralized access to all of their schedules, and automatic notifications instantly inform users of new or rescheduled jobs.
Fibo stores all client contact information, task lists, estimates, and photo documentation in one location, allowing account managers, business owners, supervisors, and billing teams to all track and manage field activities. GPS mapping technology gives users real-time visibility into team whereabouts, so users can make informed mid-day schedule changes. Reporting capabilities help users gain insight into project performance, and stay on budget.
Fibo aims to enhance workflows with a number of integrations including QuickBooks, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, and Zapier. Fibo’s API supports custom integrations, enabling users to connect to any existing ERP or custom back office solution. Fibo incorporates a customer payment portal, so users can accept credit cards, ACH, and PayPal payments securely online. Fibo also provides users with the tools to monitor cash flow, manage customer experience, and track development opportunities.

Avantages
What I like most about the Fibo app, is both its ease of use and the dynamic benefit of having our working client schedule/job board, work orders--past, present and future all searchable and usable by multiple team members, across multiple platforms at the same time.
The software's scalability and the responsiveness of the developer team, has made it easy to integrate with our existing essential business systems; all helping our successful 30 year operation, step into the future with a smart, responsive and dynamic tool that supports and improves our service capabilities by benefiting our field operation and office operations alike.
Inconvénients
It's hard to find any down sides or negatives with this software. This is a fast learning tool with a responsive developer team, updates and improvements are frequently published, and real solutions are usually just around the corner.

Avantages
Ease of use. Quick to log in. Very simple. Price effective. I also like the auto address add on the work orders. I do really like using it seems to work out very well for my business! I’ve used many other platforms and this one is my number 1. Thanks Fibo
Inconvénients
Not many to mention at all! If I have to write about a con it would be that this software is always growing and making new features. When the development is complete things will be a little smother for me personally. Great software

Avantages
I like that there are no gaps of information communicated from the office to the field and back. The app is hyper intuitive.
Inconvénients
They are working on some integrations for us now, but we can still use it! We are waiting for a CRM integration that will create jobs for us.
