> **Avantages**: the software is very friendly to use and gives me more tools for dynamic marketing then I had before, at least in a more easy way for me to do. I also have to admit that their customer service was always there since the setup and all the way up. The ability to structure in a very simple way a multiplies automation for email marketing/pop-ups/ SMS, As well as create and design easily with its friendly software made me fell in love with it.

For example, to this day, I am unable to send SMS through the platform, along with many other issues — things that are supposed to be simple and basic. Additionally, I tried to terminate my contract due to being a dissatisfied customer who is currently suffering significant damage to my business because of critical features that don’t work. However, they refuse to release me from the

Unfortunately, even after clearly explaining that critical things simply don’t work — and still don’t — they refused to release me as a customer. Their system damaged my existing performance, which was working perfectly before. I’m extremely disappointed and just want to return to a platform that actually works properly. They are great at selling the system, but beyond that, there’s a huge gap in performance. Sadly, I feel like I was misled.
