Hop is a cloud-based property management solution for the hospitality industry, including independent hotels, bed & breakfasts, self-catering accommodation and provides solutions globally, The software offers a Channel Manager, commission FREE Booking Engine, Property Management tools such as a Housekeeping module,, real-time Revenue Management, Event Management, CRM and many other hospitality service integrations such as Epos, Locks, TV's and accounting software.
Hop PMS can be integrated with both the property website and third-party booking channels, such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb. Data can be synchronized into a single dashboard in Hop, allowing users to access all their listings, reservations, and guest data in one location. All listing availability and pricing across multiple channels is displayed in a multi-calendar. The booking engine also allows guests to book directly from the property website. Hop is also fully integrated with Siteminder and Synxis.
Hop includes a real-time revenue dashboard, which provides users with the data required to make decisions to maximise revenue and occupancy by changing rates. The integrated front desk solution enables the management of guest check-in and check-out, and tracking which guests are currently staying at the hotel. An event system allows users to manage any number of events at their hotel, with a calendar for event planning and an events dashboard to track all upcoming activity. Hop also offers an integrated EPOS for charging food and beverage orders to guests’ rooms.

This PMS has allowed us to improve our revenues. It is great and easy to navigate and allows for good data capture.

Based on the data captures some more reporting would be great!

Avantages
The integrated payment system , revenue management and the facility to integrate sage is great feature of this software .
Inconvénients
Reviews are not directly pulled in to the system from BDC , expedia etc , will be a great feature to add.

HOP is basically a one stop shop and has everything a hospitality business would need at reasonable prices. The revenue management tool is great as is the conference diary.
Avantages
Great system that does so much, its always being updated too and they are happy to take on board any reports or changes in the system to make it slicker. Migration was a bit of a nightmare but I think we were one of the first groups to sign up so I'm sure they have this down to a fine art now.
Inconvénients
I feel reports perhaps could be improved and more easier to pull.

Good overall product
Avantages
We used several different softwares over the years and never been 100% satisfied with the service received. Last year we changed to HOP and the process of moving system was very easy and the support is second to none. Any issue is getting dealt with immediately.
Inconvénients
Every two weeks the new features which are getting implemented are getting updated. During this time we are unfortunately experiencing some down time for the system but we got assured that this will change soon.
