We needed forms for employees to fill out in a variety of situations. Forms are easy and quick to make and edit, and easy for employees to find quickly and easily. I like being able to export responses to a spreadsheet which I can customize for the information I want to show. I do have frustrations with the limitation of the application, however. It should be much easier to attach a signature. There should be ways to condense the form so it takes up less space on the page; it is just too difficult to contain a lot of information per page. Even simple questions, like name, take up a huge amount of space. I would have to say it is more ease of use than Word sometimes. Creating surveys , forms , excel sheets etc is very easy and it’s simple to add collaborators to the forms as well. Google forms is free so it obviously is a great value and very beneficial. When using Google forms to collect data, I would have to say that they excel in this area as well because as I stated earlier, it is easy to add collaborators from all parts of the company and unother like other software, there’s rarely any glitches . I haven’t had to reach out to Google for customer support, so I cannot speak on that at all but I consider that great.
